I just had an article come out in June's issue of the Communique, which is the monthly magazine of the Clark County Bar Association. It's on the subject of resolving and hearing civil discovery disputes...I know, a real barn-burner, right? I've already had a couple calls from people who read the story. As an added bonus, it's actually the "center spread" of the magazine, or, if you drop the magazine off your desk, the page that it automatically opens to because that's how the pages are bound. I jokingly refer to the Communique as "the only magazine that will give me a centerfold." HAHA!
Anyway, I'm waiting for Teresa to scan it and upload it to the law firm website. As soon as it's there, I'll post a link to it. Until then, please enjoy this article that I wrote a couple of summers ago on another barn-burner topic, Judicial Estoppel and Bankruptcy Claims. Please try to contain your excitement:

O.K. so I saw that you had a blog.......and it's really fun reading it. But, I have to ask..what is the Utah connection. I read that you were in Cabela's this winter. I live about 5 minutes from there! Also, Skye Johanson photography is who everyone uses around here. It would be fun to see you if you're ever around!
