This morning, I had Kyle in the bathroom with me with as I was getting ready. He loves to pull himself up on the tub and scoot around, just to see what he can see. I had a bottle of red nail polish sitting on the edge of the tub. He picked it up (the cap was screwed on tight) and crawled around on the floor with it in his hand, banging on the floor as he went. He crawled over next to me while I was standing in front of the mirror doing my hair. Bang bang bang, went the nail polish against the floor. All of a sudden, the banging stopped. I looked down and he had somehow gotten the top off the bottle and red nail polish was pouring out of the bottle all over his feet and hands (he was only wearing a diaper) and the white bathroom rug (thank goodness I don't have carpet!) The rug will need to be replaced but that's cheap. Although it's not that funny to have to buy a new bathroom rug, the look on his face as he stared at the red nail polish on his hands was priceless....so I had to snap this picture. Look at how well he did the abstract streaks of red, contrasting with the white of the rug. Perhaps he is a post-modernist artist in training? Haha! He is such a little monkey, getting into everything!!
Here's a cute picture of him from the other day. It's getting harder and harder to get a good still shot of him, though...he just moves too fast!

He's so adorable! Gotta love when they start getting into everything, it only gets worse from here! He's so cute that you can't get mad though!
Oh, boy. Sounds like a little 11-month old. Good thing it wasn't carpet, like you said. And looks like you had fun in Utah. And I know what you mean about trying to get a good picture because they won't hold still!
